XBRL FILING SERVICES

Who Needs to Do XBRL Filing

As per the requirements of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), all companies in Singapore, except for those which are exempted, must file their financial statements in XBRL format. Some companies will file a full set of financial statements in XBRL format, while others will file key financial data in XBRL format along with a full set of signed copies of the FS tabled at the annual general meeting and/or circulated to members in PDF format. The task of XBRL filing in Singapore involves converting the company’s financial data to the XBRL format. You must use the tag libraries prescribed by ACRA. It requires knowledge of XBRL tags, when and where to apply them to the data.
