Our total charge of US$950 includes the following:

All incorporation fees and costs relating to the incorporation of a BVI company with authorised share capital not greater than US$50,000.
Corporate seal, certificate of incorporation, subscriber's resolution, share certificates and 2 sets of Memorandum & Article of Association.
Annual recurring fee for the first year.

Client only needs to pay the annual recurring fee from the second year of ownership of the BVI company which amounts to US$600 covering the Annual Registered Agent/Office Fee and the Annual Government Fee.

For no additional charge, we provide a reminder service to all our clients before the second and each subsequent year of ownership of the BVI company so that the annual recurring fee is paid on time.
